The Little Cat and the Moon

The little cat walked down the street. The moon walked with her. "I like you," said the cat. "You follow me everywhere." The cat walked to the park. The moon was still there. The cat walked to the river. The moon was still there. Then the cat saw another cat. That cat was looking up too. "Are you talking to my moon?" asked the cat. "No," said the other cat. "That is my moon." They looked at each other. They looked up again. The moon did not choose. It was for both of them. So the two cats sat down, side by side, and watched the moon together. Then they both went home, and both slept well.
